Sorry it took me a long time to organise the meeting to Egypt. I now have it all organised. It will be as follows:

06/11/09 London - Cairo
07/11/09 Cairo - Luxor
11/11/09 Aswan - Caira
11/11/09 Cairo - London

There are many members in the midlands and the north who do not like to fly from London. There are good priced flights from Manchester to Cairo which may suit people better, and effectively save nearly a day at each end. Could independant travel to Cairo be accomodated in the booking. Internal flight connections most frequently are just a nuisance.

i already spoke to the travel agent , they will make every effort to accomodate delegates from different areas in uk
