| Abstract |
To assess whether 1. Ultrasound Guided Supraclavicular Brachial Plexus Blocks (B.P.B) are an effective means of providing regional anaesthesia for patients undergoing upper limb surgery. 2. Patients can be safely discharged from hospital before the B.P.B has worn off.
